Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, prospecting, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, events, roadshows, etc.) to generate quality leads
  • Create sales materials and online content for project promotions and advertisements
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, implementing improvements where necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, prospects, and business partners
  • Provide professional property investment advice and after-sales support to homebuyers and investors
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and positioning strategies
  • Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and property events
  • Coordinate with internal teams on sales kits, pricing, and promotional campaigns
  • Update and maintain the CRM system; prepare and submit weekly sales reports

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Be able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Digital marketing knowledge and social media savvy
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential property sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Directors of the firm.
