Photographer & Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography & Videography:
    • Research, plan, and produce photo and video content to support branding, marketing campaigns, and enhance presence across social media platforms.
    • Capture stills and motion content of tenants, shoppers, events, and general ambience.
    • Produce lifestyle imagery and engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
  • Production, Editing & Design:
    • Edit raw footage into polished final videos or photos for internal and external use, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
    • Conceptualise and design creative materials across digital and physical platforms including social media graphics, eDMs, digital screens, advertisements, POSM, visual merchandising, event collaterals, props, and other marketing communication assets.
    • Develop visual and multimedia content for websites and social media platforms, including digital illustrations, GIFs, and animated videos.
    • Provide ad-hoc visuals including videos, photographs, and graphic designs as requested by the team or management.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation:
    • Stay ahead of trends and best practices by researching trending photo and video concepts, angles, shot styles, and post-production techniques to ensure fresh and relevant content.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate photo and video shoots with internal teams, management, tenants, or external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop storyboards and marketing content.
  • Asset Management:
    • Operate and maintain photography and video equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained and ready to use.
    • Organise, label, and archive all photo and video assets with proper file naming, tagging, and backups for easy access and long-term storage.
  • Working Conditions:
    • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or during special events as needed.
    • Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
    • Support the marketing and promotion team with other duties as needed, including assisting in event planning, setup, and on-ground coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to direct on-screen talent, prepare tenants for shoots, and collaborate with teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Photography & Videography Skills: Proven ability to shoot both photos and videos with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and framing. Comfortable switching between capturing stills and motion content during shoots.
  • Social Media Savvy: Prior experience (1–2 years) creating compelling content for platforms like Instagram Reels/TikTok is a strong plus.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and content strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Team Player & Independent Worker: Comfortable working autonomously or collaborating in small teams under tight deadlines.
  • Passion-Driven: Self-motivated with a genuine enthusiasm for storytelling and producing high-impact visual content.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in photography, videography, and photo and video editing.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Arts, Design, Creative Multimedia, or an equivalent field.
  • Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
