Marketing Manager, Retail Mall

We seek a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager, Retail Mall to lead a marketing team and play a key role in creating innovative strategies to drive retailers’ sales and customer footfall to two new malls.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
  • To set budgetary control, advertising, promotions, events, public relations and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute and manage social media and marketing campaigns with a focus on achieving set goals.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, budget tracking and prepare insightful reports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies for successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and leverage strategic alliances for sponsorships, event opportunities and public relations initiatives.
  • Proactively plan collaborations with partners and tenants to enhance project visibility. Contribute to budget planning to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
  • Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews, assessing effectiveness and providing valuable insights.
  • Actively participate in broader group campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals towards achieving organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for effective project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
