We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Business Space team. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial property agency, including:
- Market research and analysis
- Lease negotiations
- Client relationship management
- Marketing and promotion
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or currently undergoing a certificate/diploma/degree in marketing, real-estate, business, or a related field. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they should be have a strong interest in the commercial property market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with market research and analysis
- Manage client relationships
- Assist with marketing and promotion of commercial properties
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or currently undergoing a certificate/diploma/degree in marketing, real-estate, business, or a related field
