We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Retail team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of retail real estate. You will assist in market research, and the preparation of leasing proposals and client presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in daily operations including data entry and client communications.
- Help prepare market analysis reports and leasing documentation.
- Assist with research and data collection for consultancy projects.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
