The Concierge ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for shoppers, commuters, and visitors at Destina Putrajaya.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for shoppers and commuters.
- Provide information on mall directory, tenants, amenities, and public transport (MRT/ERL/Bus).
- Manage lost & found items and assist customers in need, including elderly or disabled visitors.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and fully functional concierge counter.
- Monitor mall ambience and report issues to Operations.
- Maintain logs, reports, and daily checklists.
- Assist in emergencies by guiding visitors and sharing safety information.
- Support mall promotions, gift redemptions, digital engagement, and events.
Requirements:
- SPM qualification and/or Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel, or Retail Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to speak additional languages is an added advantage.
- Pleasant, attentive, and confident in handling face-to-face and phone enquiries, including difficult situations.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
