Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing property and asset valuation assignments;
- Review and ensure quality control of valuation reports prepared by junior staff;
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (banks & corporate clients);
- Conduct valuation and prepare valuation report of properties;
- Perform thorough inspection of the properties to be valued;
- Ensure that the properties inspected are in compliance with the relevant guidelines and not breach of law; to conduct relevant enquiries with the relevant government bodies/authorities;
- Assessment of market value with the supporting of market transactions and other relevant information;
- Keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including construction industry and competitors; and
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Superior/Directors of the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, professional degree in Valuation / Property Management / Real Estate or equivalent;
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in real estate valuation, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Strong organisational, time-management abilities & positive attitude;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking a plus.
