JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Responsible for the leasing of office and industrial space on behalf of the Landlord and/or Tenants.
  • Business development to generate new leads and prospects to meet leasing targets
  • To establish and maintain good rapport with clients and prospects
  • To be responsible for leading and overseeing subordinates’ task
  • To assist in formulating and implementing marketing & leasing strategies
  • Managing both Landlords and Tenants expectations
  • Preparation of leasing report to clients and ensure it is submitted by the due date
  • To participate and contribute to project pitches and presentations
  • Undertake regular market research and understand market dynamics
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Matured with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good writing and presentation skills with good command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership skills & team player
  • Dedicated, dynamic, and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently
