Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative support and clerical activities in Valuation Department
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain and update relevant data and records
- Update minutes of meeting on weekly basis
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, printing and editing of the valuation report and other relevant documents for submission to the bank, etc.
- To be responsible for monitoring and ordering the printing materials and office supplies for department.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma level and above
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa
- Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
