Admin Assistant, Valuation

Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative support and clerical activities in Valuation Department
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain and update relevant data and records
  • Update minutes of meeting on weekly basis
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, printing and editing of the valuation report and other relevant documents for submission to the bank, etc.
  • To be responsible for monitoring and ordering the printing materials and office supplies for department.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma level and above
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa
  • Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
