Admin Assistant, Leasing

  • Maintain an organized record of existing agreements and oversee the renewal or replacement of retail lots as needed.
    Conduct regular tenant searches to compile a comprehensive database of potential tenants.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the shopping centre market, conducting market research and monitoring retail developments.
  • Handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters, including issuing Letters of Offer, managing tenancy agreements, and liaising with our legal team for special conditions, clause changes, and amendments.
  • Follow up on all relevant documents until the Tenancy Agreement/Supplementary Agreement is executed by both parties.
  • Support tenants by keeping them updated on sales performance and other relevant information.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the leasing team, including filing, managing new leasing inquiries and potential tenant follow-ups, correspondence, and collection of tenant documentation.
  • Assist the Finance department in communicating with tenants regarding rentals, deposits, and outstanding payments.
  • Aid in organizing tenants’ meetings as required by management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Development, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of tenancy administration and documentation processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa.
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, quick learner, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of people.
