Senior Executive, Leasing

Responsibilities:

• Support the Leasing/Project Manager in developing and implementing the tenancy mix for the retail mall.
• Identify and shortlist suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall.
• Initiate discussions with potential tenants, negotiate leases, and finalize rental terms and conditions.
• Ensure tenants comply with lease terms from execution to store opening.
• Foster and maintain positive business relationships with existing and prospective retailers and clients.
• Establish and maintain tenancy agreements and management reports.
• Collaborate with inter-departments regarding rental, deposits, fit-out operations, and sales performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research on shopping centres to stay informed about retail property development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company Directors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
