Sales Executive, Residential

  • Generate sales leads including making cold calls.
  • Actively participate and assist in all sales and marketing initiatives, events, project launches.
  • To monitor and track the sales processes.
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market survey / research
  • Build relationships with purchasers and prospective purchasers, grow customer database and build networks with business associates, consultants, clients and banks.


  • Degree holder with relevant experience.
  • Min. 1 to 2 year(s) working experience (proven track record in the sales of residential projects will be advantage).
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and a team player.
  • Have positive working attitude and willing to embrace new challenges.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Mandarin speaking is required
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
